What is a Water Fed Pole?

Water fed poles use pure water to clean your windows. We begin by wetting the window and scrubbing with professionally designed brushes to loosen dirt & grime. After all contaminants have been loosened, we rinse top to bottom thoroughly using pure water. Since there are no minerals in pure water, the results are completely spot & streak free!

What is RainGuard Pro?

RainGuard Pro is our special formulated solution designated for our service plan clients. This solution helps aid in repelling water & keeping your windows cleaner for longer in between cleanings.

What is a French Pane Window?

These windows consist of dividers that break up the window into smaller panes.

Post Construction Cleans typically consist of windows that are heavily soiled in dirt, grime, silicone and other contaminants that take longer to remove than a traditional residential home.

4 levels or more changes the way we clean windows. Before giving you a quote, we want to make sure we have seen the building and can assess the scope of work properly.

4. More than 10% of French Pane Windows

More than a few french window panes can be difficult and time consuming to clean. To give you the most accurate quote, we like to see exactly how many french pane windows there are to clean.

5. 110+ Panes

Without an exact range of panes, to give a more accurate quote it is best we see the amount of panes there are to clean for a job of this size.
